    Entre Parenthèses is an ode to hedonism, an invitation to discover an elegant wine with crunchy fruit aromas,
    for the pleasure of a moment, of a moment of sharing away from an ever more pressing and hard world.

    TERROIR
    Resulting from a rigorous selection by our oenologists, Entre Parenthèses represents the quintessence of the best clay-limestone terroirs from the Bordeaux vineyards. These have been specially chosen for their ability to produce racy wines with a beautiful aromatic intensity.

    GRAPE VARIETY
    Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon

    VINIFICATION
    The grapes undergo direct pressing as soon as they arrive in the cellar. The fermentations are carried out
    at low temperature in order to obtain a delicately fruity wine. The wine is then aged in stainless steel vats and partly on fine lees with regular stirring.

    TASTING
    Entre Parenthèses is beautiful in a seductive pale and limpid color with slightly salmon reflections, revealing
    an intense bouquet on subtly fruity notes. The mouth is tasty, well balanced between roundness, aromatic
    intensity and pleasant freshness. A refined and elegant wine.

    FOOD & WINE PAIRING
    Entre Parenthèses will accompany your moments of relaxation, whether they are as an aperitif with tapas or
    around a good meal composed of summer salads, grilled meats or fish. It can also be served with fruit-based desserts.

    SERVICE
    Serve chilled, at a temperature between 10 and 12 ° C.
