In 1925, a group of winegrowers convinced by the values of solidarity and mutual aid joined forces. Eleven years later, these visionary winegrowers participated in the construction of the first appellation in France: CHÂTEAUNEUF-DU-PAPE.The 189 winegrowers of the CELLIER DES PRINCES, united as they were in the beginning, are proud to share their wines on all five continents and to transmit their values of conviviality and excellence.

2 to 3 months in stainless tank. Early bottling at the end of the winter to keep the aromatic freshness and the minerality
Tasting notes
This wine is clear and brilliant and shows a yellow gold colour with some green reflections.
The vinification at low temperature enhances the aromatic finesse and brings some floral elegance with acacias flowers. The wines exhibits a perfect balance between freshness, fruit aromas such as apricot and acidity.

This ruby red coloured wine with purple glints develops red fruits aromas and spicy overtones. In the mouth, this wine is smooth and its supple structure emphasizes aromas. Fruitforward and easy drinking wine showing light spices and silky tannins. A perfect everyday wine.
