    In 1925, a group of winegrowers convinced by the values of solidarity and mutual aid joined forces. Eleven years later, these visionary winegrowers participated in the construction of the first appellation in France: CHÂTEAUNEUF-DU-PAPE.
    The 189 winegrowers of the CELLIER DES PRINCES, united as they were in the beginning, are proud to share their wines on all five continents and to transmit their values of conviviality and excellence.

    Terroir
    High gravely terraces from Garrigues Sud in Sarrians with pebbles and limestone gravels on brown marl.

    Winemking
    Selection of the best parcels successively harvested at optimum maturity according to the varietal. Fully destemmed, Grenache and Syrah are vinified separately.
    5 weeks maceration to slowly extract the fruit, colour and tannins with daily pumping over, cap-punching and releases.

    Ageing
    6 months in concrete. No oak to show the purest expression of the fruit and terroir.

    Tasting notes
    This deep red wine has an intense sophisticated nose, exhibiting black fruits, liquorice and spices. The mouths is ample and powerful with silky tannins and a long aromatic finish.

    Ideal with grilled beef such as prime rib, spicy dishes sush as Bulgogi and fine cheeses.
