This soup, prepared according to the traditional recipe, is only composed of pressed and unmilled fish, which makes it so tasty.Consumption advice
Heat the soup, it is very thick, we recommend adding 25-30% water, add bread croutons coated with rouille and grated Emmental cheese to the soup. Serves 3-4 people.
