Ducks are bred in the traditional way in the open air
and fed 100% naturally on small rural farms.

Castaing Foie Gras
Made according to the recipes of our elders, from the best local ingredients and using traditional methods.These specialities are perfect for the realization of neat entries, greedy salads, or more rustic, plates of cooked pork meats.
Composition
Duck fat and meat, salt, garlic, pepper, shallots.
Manufacturing process
Duck meat and trimmings are candied in fat and then separated by hand. Seasoning then packaging, sealing of the cans, capping of the jars then sterilisation.
