    In 1925, a group of winegrowers convinced by the values of solidarity and mutual aid joined forces. Eleven years later, these visionary winegrowers participated in the construction of the first appellation in France: CHÂTEAUNEUF-DU-PAPE.
    The 189 winegrowers of the CELLIER DES PRINCES, united as they were in the beginning, are proud to share their wines on all five continents and to transmit their values of conviviality and excellence.

    WINEMAKING
    Destalking, 8 to 10 days vatting time , pumping over and punching of the cap. Traditional vinification with controlled temperature at 26 to 28° C.

    TASTING NOTES
    This deep red coloured wine holds expressive and complex aromas of blackcurrant, liquorice and wild spices.
    In the mouth, it is soft and velvety with pleasant flavours of red fruits with a spicy final.
