Old Agricultural Rum from Guadeloupe

Nose
Both refined and very complex, it is marked by candied fruit and cinnamon.

Palate
The palate is intense and balanced with great supple flavours. The aromatic
palette is very faithful to the Bologne style: sugar cane and candied fruit in depth with a hint of iodine. The gourmet bourbon vanilla as well as spices (star anise, white pepper) are supported by silky tannins which carry the structure. The mid-palate gradually stretches towards notes of ripe banana, cocoa and vanilla, then towards a spicy aroma (gingerbread, candied ginger, cinnamon). On ice, it develops
surprising aromas of candied tropical fruits. Its persistence is remarkable. The
retro-olfaction is slightly spicy and praline. Unquestionably to be classified among
the greatest spirits.

Tasting
To be enjoyed neat with or without ice. Leave to rest for a few minutes in the glass
before tasting.

Blending
Old rums aged in oak barrels for 4 to 8 years
