Agricultural Aged Rum from Guadeloupe

Nose
Smooth and very aromatic.

Palate
Round, balanced, its spicy attack evokes the best of old spirits. On the palate, fruit (orange, exotic fruits), spice (cinnamon, candied ginger), and floral (honey) mingle, gradually stretching towards dried fruits. A slightly salty trade wind refreshes the
whole: sugar cane rubs shoulders with citrus and salted butter caramel. Its very fine tannins create a framework that is both pulpy and clean. Its finish is long and balanced. The retronasal olfaction adds even more exoticism (coconut, mango).

Tasting
To enjoy dry, with or without ice, but also in "old ti punch" for the lovers.

Assemblage (blending)
Aged Rum matured in oak barrels for 3 years.
