Plain fried and crunchy Azais-Polito croutons
The fried bread crouton is one of the particularities of Sète gastronomy. These croutons bring a little fragrant and southern touch to the dishes they accompany.
To be used as an accompaniment to our Fish Soups and Shellfish Soups as well as to make excellent little toasters with all our Sauces.
WHEAT flour, Sunflower oil, WHEY powder, Malted wheat flour, Salt, Yeast, WHEAT GLUTEN.
Possible traces of nuts, sesame and soy.
Store in a dry, dark and room temperature place.
