This Mimolette Vieille meets strict manufacturing criteria which allow it to proudly display the Label Rouge, a guarantee of superior quality and optimal pleasure!To make the most of your Mimolette Vieille, and its distinctive and fruity taste, leave it at room temperature for at least 1 hour before enjoying it.
As an aperitif, its orange color will look great, in cubes or on small canapes. Its paste also breaks up into shavings which will give color and flavor to a mixed salad.
In cooking, it is also used grated to enhance the taste of vegetable gratins and puff pastries, quiches as well as in savory cakes.
As with all cheeses, it is important to consume it at room temperature in order to appreciate all its nuances of flavor.
