Lou Fondré is a traditional mountain cheese made from pasteurized whole cow's milk, of the pressed cheese type uncooked with an orange rind. It is matured for 6 weeks in the cellar.
With this cheese you can make delicious tartiflette but you can also enjoy it at the end of a meal.
