Our Velouté is certainly one of the most concentrated on the market! Produced with respect for the know-how of our House and the Sète tradition, it is a true concentrate of flavours... The use of excellent quality raw materials (without dyes) as well as its artisanal manufacturing method gives this product a HIGH-END positioning.
Pour the contents of the jar into a saucepan with half a volume of water and bring to the boil.
Serve in a tureen with our Garlic Croutons topped with our Rouille Sétoise with fresh eggs. You can also cook a few handfuls of rice or our small Saffron Pasta cooked "Al dente" in this delicious soup.
Ingredients
Water, tomatoes, langoustine (20%), onions, white wine, carrots, tomato paste, salt, extra virgin olive oil, milk, leeks, thickener: locust bean gum, aromatic herbs, gelling agent: carrageenan (seaweed extract), spices
Store in a dry place, away from light and at room temperature.
Once opened, store in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 days.
