Fourme d'Ambert | AOP
La Fourme d'Ambert is a French AOP blue-veined cheese, made in the heart of the Auvergne-Rhônes-Alpes region between 600 and 1,600 m altitude, in a mountain area. Soft and creamy, it is a must-have on the cheese board and a great ally in the kitchen.
This balance is released naturally in the mouth with fragrant notes, delicate aromas, a soft, rounded taste which make it the mildest of blue cheeses.
As with all cheeses, it is important to consume it at room temperature in order to appreciate all its nuances of flavor.
