Tasting notes
This wine, with its beautiful pale gold colour, has fine, consistent bubbles.
The nose is elegant and complex. It offers a range of aromas, starting with floral notes of hawthorn and acacia, underscored by a fresh hint of verbena. We also detect delicate pear, which rounds off this floral and fruity palette.
On the palate, the fine bubbles sparkle on the tongue. The body is finely crafted. We find the fresh, floral notes from the nose, which develop into a very long finish.

Serving temperature: 8 to 10°C.
