    An extra long aged cheddar, creamy and smooth, very popular for its round taste. Best enjoyed pure, with fresh, crusty bread, with some relish or chutney. We recommend Cabernet Sauvignon or Chardonnay for this. The Little Black Bomber is the flagship of the Snowdonia company and also our personal favourite. It has won several awards at International and UK Cheese Awards. Once you try it, you`ll immediately understand why.
