This flavorful jam is packaged in an elegant 230g recyclable glass jar.
This organic blackcurrant jam will never disappoint you either by the teaspoonful, on a buttered toast, a toast of toast, in a pancake, a waffle, a yogurt, white cheese ... or as an accompaniment to your dishes savory ...
All our jams, made using ancient methods, in small quantities, are prepared by people who are passionate about organic matter, respect for the environment and health; a family heritage passed down from generation to generation with deep conviction.

Benefits
Its tangy, very aromatic flavor makes it possible to use blackcurrant with both sweet and savory. You can combine it endlessly and thus achieve very refined delicate dishes.
Blackcurrant is rich in vitamins C and E, anti-oxidants, fibers, minerals ... it is a mine of benefits to discover or rediscover.
(These virtues that are attributed to each of these fruits have been recognized for generations but cannot replace treatment prescribed by a health professional.)
In the 18th century, blackcurrant was considered to be a true panacea curing men and animals from many ailments.

Composition
Blackcurrant * 60,6%, fair trade blond cane sugar * 39,4%. * Ingredients from organic farming.
We only add the necessary ORGANIC sugar required by French legislation, i.e. at least 55% of total sugar (including fruit sugar).
Otherwise, it is not jam. We prepare most of our jams with a maximum of fruit: between 55 and 65%.
No pectin. No gelling agent. No additions of any kind. Our jam is prepared with 60,6g of fruit per 100g of finished product.
Total sugar content approx. 56g per 100g.

Conservation
After opening store in a cool place.
