    AOC Saint-Émilion 6 litres
    Stéphane Puyol produces a Saint-Émilion in its most beautiful expression. From a subtle blend dominated by merlot (80%) and 12 months aging in oak barrels.

    Merlot 80%, Cabernet Franc 10%, Cabernet Sauvignon 10%

    Tasting notes
    Beautiful, dense purple color. The nose reveals a bouquet of ripe red fruits accompanied by a slightly vanilla note. Very round palate with melted tannins
    and toasted notes.

    Food and wine pairing
    Château Barberousse will go perfectly with a filet mignon of beef and a pan-fried porcini mushrooms, or a rabbit stew and potatoes sautéed with garlic and parsley, on all grilled meats or in sauce.
