    In 1925, a group of winegrowers convinced by the values of solidarity and mutual aid joined forces. Eleven years later, these visionary winegrowers participated in the construction of the first appellation in France: CHÂTEAUNEUF-DU-PAPE.
    The 189 winegrowers of the CELLIER DES PRINCES, united as they were in the beginning, are proud to share their wines on all five continents and to transmit their values of conviviality and excellence.

    GRAPE VARIETY
    70% Grenache, 15% Syrah et 15% Cinsault

    VINIFICATION
    Selection of our best plots and harvesting at dawn to capture the aromas and freshness of the berries.
    Destemming, direct pressing. Fermentation at low temperature 14 to 16°C.
    Bottled at the end of winter to preserve all the freshness and aromas.

    AGEING
    3 months in stainless steel vats to preserve aromatic freshness.

    TASTING NOTES
    This wine has a brilliant colour and is very aromatic with notes of citrus blossom and red berries, strawberries and raspberries. It is pleasing on the palate with its freshness.

    FOOD AND WINE PAIRINGS
    It can be enjoyed as an aperitif, with vegetable salads, grilled meats, pizzas or fish dishes.

    SERVICE
    Serve cold, at a temperature between 10 and 12°C.
