CASTAING FOIE-GRAS uses the best foie gras duck, the MULARD duck with a so-called heavy strain and slow growth, raised in the traditional way in the open air with a 100% naturaldiet in small farms on a human scale.
Our breeders scrupulously respect the specifications of the "Label Rouge – LANDES" free-range duck.
In each preparation, we pass on the know-how of our elders, enriched by the evolution of technology and tastes.
